I’ve read quite a few reviews in support of going on a guided hike through a cork farm, so much so that most reviewers say it was their favorite thing about their entire experience in all of Portugal. After the hiking tour, you have lunch in a small local restaurant. The farm is near Evora.
I hadn’t planned for this in our itinerary, but I could juggle things a bit to make it happen. For those of you who have gone on such an experience, is it worth the effort? I understand the town of Evora is quite nice too.
