We love to eat…but, Celiac disease has restricted dining choices for one member of our party.
Would love recommendations for GF dining options in Lisbon, Porto, Evora, Douro Valley and Minho region.

Not sure if you already went, but in case anyone is curious. A family member has celiac and we traveled throughout Portugal in May. They had no problems. Most meals are fresh seafood and veggies and It was ok as long as they avoided Bacalhau and bread. A lot of restaurants offered GF breads/ croissants. A couple of times there were only one or two dining choices, but it was fine. Also, most people spoke English and were familiar with celiac and were quite helpful.
