It turns out that during our 3 weeks tour of Portugal and Morocco we will be going through the Madrid airport 3 times. Unfortunately to be able to end our tour in Marrakech and get to the Madrid airport for our return flight to the States we are only going to have 2 hours to get from Terminal 2 to Terminal 4. We are not checking baggage and hopefully will be able to accomplish online checkin. Is this enough time? My other subject of much stress that I booked the flight from Marrakech to Madrid with Kiwi.com on Ryanair. I am now hearing awful things about Kiwi.com. Has anyone has an experience with them - hopefully good.
If you have your online boarding pass and your flight is on time, I would not be overly concerned. Since it will be your third time through MAD, you should know the lay of the land by then.
I had a very close call at MAD recently, partly my fault and partly due to the passport control line being absolutely ridiculous.
Many of us recommend booking directly with the airline because in the event of problems you have slightly more recourse, but it's done now, so I would just go with the flow.
