Looking for recommendations for a walking food/wine tour in Lisbon in late September.
Culinary Backstreets is a bit more expensive than some other tour companies, but I really enjoyed my tours with them in Lisbon and Porto. When I was in Lisbon, the walking tour was a little treacherous because it was a rainy day but I still really enjoyed it and left the tour absolutely stuff - so much food and wine! Definitely pace yourself at the beginning of the tour!!!
Thanks much!
We used "Oh! My Cod". Good tour and guide. Even visited/tasted food at a Mozambican restaurant (Mozambique was a Portuguese colony).

We took the Chiado Food Tour provided by Filomena of Eat Drink Walk - Food Tours (www.eatdrinkwalk.pt) in April. An excellent introduction to the Lisbon food scene. The tour began with visits to the food market, a pub and finished with a complete lunch at a local restaurant. We totally enjoyed the food along with a fascinating discussion of Portugal and how to get around Lisbon and enjoy the city.
