flying in and out of Lisbon

Hi, does anyone have any information about flying from US to Paris and changing planes in Lisbon? Sept 3 and then home Sept 23, flying from Paris to Lisbon to US.
We will have an hour of two to change planes, do you know if you have to take a covid test in between flights if you stay in the airport?
thank you, Jane

The airline to and from Paris would still want the PCR or antigen test within the required time frame. If your layover in Lisbon isn’t very long, that shouldn’t be a problem. I’ve flown to and from the States and Switzerland since June, and all legs of the flights required me to present the negative test or EU Covid Certificate - other than those in the US.
I received an email from the airlines regarding their requirements before all flights. Be prepared to present a negative test before boarding any plane outside the US. There is testing available at most bigger airports but you wouldn’t have time with such a short layover in Lisbon. Since you are entering and leaving the Schengen area in Lisbon, you will have to go through passport control, which is sometimes a fairly lengthy process.
