Thinking of returning to FL from Lisbon on TAP airline (they have a direct flight to MIA).
Anyone have experience with them?

We flew from Miami to Lisbon and back last October on TAP. The flight there was delayed 3-4 hours. We were notified before we went to the airport. Coming home was seamless.
Hard to generalize from one experience. I had the same thing happen on United coming home from Athens.
I count my blessings since covid every time a flight isn’t delayed!!

I have flown TAP internationally a number of times and many times within Europe. I fly to Chicago and have always had a good experience. The one caveat - TAP does not have true Premium Economy, if that is an issue. But, sometimes you can get a business ticket for a very reasonable price.

I flew with TAP last year. I wrote about my experience with them and the Lisbon airport in my trip report:

They do have economy plus, which is more legroom and slightly wider seats.
