We are staying in Estoril and coming in early on a Thursday morning. We already have a tour planned for Sintra and a walking tour in the Lisbon area. Looking to do something when we arrive as our hotel room wont be ready and we will have a full day before we will crash.
I heard the walk to Cascais is very nice, is there a boat trip we can do to get an overview of the area? Or was thinking taking a Tuk Tuk is good since we will be tired. Can you do Belem from there?
Open to suggestions.

Belem is a section of Lisbon and a very worthwhile area to visit. It was my favorite area of Lisbon.
Caiscais is also very nice and quite near Estoril; we easily walked from one to the other.

We don’t have Tuk-tuks out this way (Cascais, Estoril) - thankfully. There are many, however, in Lisbon.
Walk along the paredão between Estoril and Cascais. Stop at one of the restaurants and cafes for lunch. Explore some of Cascais during the time before you get in your hotel.
To see Belem, you would take the train then walk around. It’s easily walkable but maybe not the first day.
To get an overview of the area, you might want to take the hop on - hop off bus. You can catch it in Estoril.
