Evora to Tomar - stop at Marvao? Porto activities

Is it "worth it"? One night in Evora then two nights in Tomar (two teenage boys cannot wait!), reading that Marvao might be worth a stop on the way? Seems way out of the way? Help please! Then Coimbra and then Porto for five nights. Would love info on Porto too please! Duoro Valley shorter boat trip. Teenagers! THANKS!!!
