Hi, We'll be driving from Coimbra to Lisbon. We will have 2 nights in Tomar.
Then either a night (arrive late afternoon) in Obidos and then drive to Evora for 1 night and go to Lisbon late the next day. Or, Tomar to Evora for 2 nights.
Any thoughts on when it is worth having an evening in Obidos or better to give more time in Evora.
We like towns in the evening, history and architecture.

I would give more time to Evora. Obidos is worth a couple of hours, IMO. However, I’ve never stayed the night.
But, Evora is much larger and, has the option of visiting the megalith sites outside of town. Check out Ebora Megalithica. They do a great tour of the prehistoric sites that is one of my favorite things about the area. Evora also has some very nice restaurants - and lots of wineries you can visit outside of town.
