I am scheduled to arrive in Lisbon on Friday, the 8th. I am within the 72-hour window. However, I am unable to enter my information on the app. I have read that the system is barely working at the airport. Is that the case with the app as well? Any insights from recent travelers? Thanks!

A quick update. I was able to enter my information in the EES app. Seems to me that the 72-hour window is actually 24. Got a QR code to be scanned/shown to officials at the airport. We'll see if it works and if it speeds up my entry. Will report again!
