We're planning a trip to the Algarve in April 2019 and are looking at the Easter week. Would it be so busy that we'd have trouble booking accommodation and getting into restaurants?

I was there over Easter this year as part of my month near Tavira. It was certainly much busier that week as many Lisbonites and school children were there on holiday, but we got into restaurants ok.
The Easter Day celebrations in Sao Bras de Alportel were very interesting. Easter is slightly later next year and is therefore likely to be as busy, if not busier. The weather was very mixed.
