After staying in Porto for 5 days, we will be heading to Duoro for another 4. Any recommendations for lodging there and/or wineries/attractions you would recommend?

We stayed at a BnB in Douro, which is a working winery. Highly recommend https://www.quintadotedo.com/
In Porto we stayed close to the cathedral and the Sao Bento train station. LOVED the BnB https://www.natravessa.com/

On our RS tour of Portugal last year, we slept one night at the luxurious Lamego for Life hotel in Lamego, Duoro valley. It was pretty spectacular. About a 15-20 minute walk into the town area. Good town, restaurants, etc and has a grand staircase that leads up to a church at the far end of town. Something to consider for 1-2 nights.
