I don't drink due alcohol, but most Douro Valley tours seem to spend a lot of time at wine tasting. I don't mind going to one, but has anyone been on a tour that either doesn't include wine tasting, or where it is not a major part of the tour?

A tour of a vineyard/winery can be interesting without taking a drink. I recall that some tours are priced based on whether wine tasting is included or excluded as part of the tour.
There are also boat cruises. Or you can take a cab to viewpoint for panoramic views.
