Coming from Porto -Any recommendations for a two night river boat trip tour on this river?
Or is there a One day river boat tour that would stop 1/2 way through the river so we could spend the night ?

You haven’t received replies because I’m pretty certain you won’t find what you describe. All I am aware of is short - 2-4 hour cruises and multiple day ones. If you want to stay in Pinhao, there are a few hour cruises from there, though. I did a one hour cruise and it was enough for me. And, the train ride from Porto to Pinhao is quite scenic after the first hour or so.
