Hi, I'm wondering if quintas in the Douro Valley are generally open for tasting and tours in February. Planning a trip to Portugal next year and wondering about including the Douro on our itinerary. I've got Rick's latest book on Portugal but if there are any recommendations for hotels to stay at or quintas to visit, that would be much appreciated too. Thanks for your help.
