Douro boat cruise

I am interested in seeing some of the landscape along the Douro, but I don't want to spend all day on a boat. Are there any one way cruises available from Regua to Pinhao? My thought is to take an early morning train from Porto to Regua, take a late morning/early afternoon cruise to Pinhao, then train back to Porto late in the day. I would greatly appreciate any input and info.

We just did a van tour of the Douro with Cool Tours Oporto. We got to see the river, did a one hour cruise, plus stopped at a winery and olive oil producer then a Port producer in the afternoon. I especially enjoyed the information we were given by the guide. The scenery was beautiful and I feel I got a good taste of the river and region.
