Dinner in Lisbon on Freedom Day

We'll stop in Lisbon on a cruise arriving at 14:00 hr and departing at 23:00 on Wednesday, April 25, Freedom Day. We'll spend most the the daylight time in Belém (hoping the venues will be open on the holiday) , returning to Bairro Alto before ending our visit in the Graça District at the Castelo de São Jorge around sundown. We want to have dinner in the area before heading back to the ship around 19:30 hr. We assume buses and the Metro run after 19:30 so we can return to the ship using public transportation. We would appreciate restaurant recommendations for places that are not too tourist-oriented and will provide a scrumptious meal at a cost that won't break the bank (say, 55 Euros for the two of us including a glass of wine).

I have 2 suggestions for you. Claras em Castelo is just below the Castle. Wonderful food, tiny restaurant. You will need to make reservations. The other place we really enjoyed is Le Petit cafe. Again, walking distance down the hill a little further from the castle. It is a bit bigger and we have never made reservations, but I imagine you could.

Everything will be open on 25 Abril (except maybe a few shops), and public transport doesn’t close until after midnight.
And, you may be being a little ambitious in thinking you can cover that much ground in such a short amount of time, especially adding dinner. Taxis are very reasonable and might be a way to cover that much ground in such a short time.
