Does anyone know of a good group tour out of Coimbra to Obidos, Nazare, Batalha, Alcobaca? It seems there are a lot from Lisbon, but I will be staying in Coimbra and thought I might have time to take a day trip.

Sorry, I have always hired my own car when in Portugal, but you can’t realistically see all these places in a day. Coimbra to Obidos is over three hours by toll road return. You need 2-3 hours there. You need the same time at Batalha and Alcobaca.
Nazare isn’t great unless you are a surfer - there are better parts of the coast to visit.

You might be able to find a private driver but the organized tours won’t be out of Coimbra. And, as Jennifer wrote, there is no way to do all the places you mention in one day.
However, you could possibly Uber or taxi to Conimbriga. It’s the ruins of a Roman settlement with amazing mosaic floors and well worth a trip.
