Day Tours from Coimbra?

My travel companions voted to stay in Coimbra 3 days after we’ve spending 4 days in Lisbon. We’ve tentatively planned day trips to Sintra, Obidos and Nazarene from Lisbon. We’ve only planned a tour of university in Coimbra, is it possible to arrange a day trip to Nazarene and Obidos? We won’t have a car. thanks

Nazare’ is in between Lisbon and Coimbra; stop for lunch en route to Coimbra which is enough time for this crowded tourist beach town.
