Has anyone done this? Hubby has a bum knee - can ride short distances if it's fairly flat. Any recommendations for a bike rental company?

Sorry, I haven’t hired a bike there, but Lagos to Luz is a far from flat ride. Very little of Luz is flat, other than the road immediately adjacent to the beach and the roads out are very steep. You may want to consider hiring electric bikes.
It’s flatter heading east out of Lagos.
