We are planning to do an 8 day cruise on the Douro River in late June. We will start from Porto and go to Salamanca, Spain then return. We would appreciate any recommendations on which cruise line you used. We are looking for a good price but we want good service, food and possibly entertainment. It would also be helpful if you have found a link to a comprehensive listing of all that are available.

We are booked with AMA Waterways 8 day Douro cruise next fall. We did the Main/Rhine/Mosel cruise with AMA last summer and were blown away. Excellent dining, superb service, and interesting entertainment. Wine and beer included with lunch and dinner, Chef's Table dining included, complimentary cocktail hour, unlimited WiFi, shore excursions included with knowledgeable local guides, and more.
