Traveling Seattle Lisbon in three weeks. Lufthansa To Frankfurt 4 hrs layover and then Lufthansa to Lisbon
Looking for suggestions on needed Covid test requirements as they stand now. For departure in Seattle and departure leaving Frankfurt.

Portugal requires a negative covid test regardless of vaccination status since the US does not have a reciprocal agreement with them for the CDC card to be officially recognized.

I'm not familiar with Germany. I'll leave it to you to read and try and understand their rules.

For return to the United States, you need to take an antigen test the day prior to your departure from Europe.
