Covid flight restrictions

Correct me if I'm wrong, You need to present either a negative covid test or proof of vaccination or recovery certificated issued in the last 180 days? Because that's what it says on the US Embassy & Consulate Portugal Website.

I think you need to clarify what you are asking - are you asking about flying to the US? Flying to Portugal? Something else?
