Cooking classes in Portugal

Trip Advisor lists a number of classes in Lisbon. I took one seven plus years ago but, unfortunately, don’t remember which company. I’ve had good results with following reviews on Trip Advisor for things like cooking classes. I’m guessing Porto might also have a number of classes listed.

I've been looking. Many of the classes are for non Portuguese food. Sorry, but I am not traveling to Portugal to learn to cook Thai food, though I do enjoy it.

How fare ahead of time should one sign up for a cooking class?

Try eatwith.com. It’s a social site where locals offer cooking classes, food tours, dinner in their homes etc. I see there are some classes for Portuguese food on it. We used eatwith to book a dinner in a Portuguese couple’s home and loved it! Would try another experience in a different location another trip!
