My husband I would like recommendations for a tour operator for a walking holiday along the coast of Portugal. We had considered Porto to the Spanish border along the coast but would consider southern Portugal as well. We did a self-guided tour in Northern England and really liked the freedom of walking on our own but having the route, lodging, and luggage taken care of by an in-country tour company. We would like a 5-8 day walking and have no problem walking 8-15 miles a day. We plan to travel in July of 2025.

Try looking at offerings from Inntravel or Celtic Trails Walking Holidays. We've used Celtic Trails in the UK (where they are based), but not elsewhere. Have not used Inntravel, but they seem to be highly recommended.
If you search "Walking holiday" and Portugal, you'll probably get more possibilities.

You might want to check some of the Camino Tour companies? They book your accommodation and transfer your bags. Tell them how far you want to walk each day.
