Have four days in Lisbon in mid-November.
Would you do 2 days Lisbon, 1 day Sintra and 1 day Obidos/Navare?, or
Do 3 days in Lisbon and 1 day in either Sintra or Obidos/Nazare?
We are 81 and 79 and do not like to be rushed.

I’m 82 and love Portugal. I would advise you to spend all four nights in Lisbon. I would not like to check out and in to a hotel for just a one night stay. Sintra as a 40 minute train ride from Lisbon.
We are 78 and 82 and we tire easily. It’s been a few years since we were in Portugal but I would recommend a day trip to Sintra. There are enough sights in Lisbon to keep you busy for all four days, especially if you don’t like to be rushed. Belem area could take up one day. You could take the ferry across the river, take a tuk tuk to the Cristo Rei statue of for a beautiful view and then have a seafood meal next to the river before returning to Lisbon proper. Many options for those who don’t want to be rushed!
I am 77 and wife is 67 and neither likes to feel rushed on vacation. We have been to Portugal 4 times and love it
Strongly recommend all for days in Lisbon to minimize packing and unpacking and give you a chance to get to know the area you are staying in.
Belem, Cascais and Sintra can be done as day trips
Enjoy,
Dennis
Agree with others, stay in Lisbon. You can pass in Obidos. We went to Obidos and 2 hours was plenty, and we go slow too.
