CBD CBN into Lisbon Airport

Hello,
We are traveling to Portugal in less than 2 weeks. The last time we were there I had a terrible time getting to sleep even though I didn't take any naps, got plenty of sun during the day, tried melatonin and magnesium glycinate. I decided to buy a good quality CBD CBN which is derived from hemp and is less than .3% THC (if any). I have researched bringing these gummies into Lisbon and there are conflicting reports.

Have any of you traveled into Portugal with these products and had any issues? Did you breeze through customs without a hassle? I don't look good in black and white stripes ....or orange, if you get my drift.

That being the case, why take an unnecessary chance? Surely your doctor can write a prescription for a legal, low dose, non addictive sleeping medication that should not be problem with the customs officers. Just a thought.

If CBD products are legal in Portugal, you should be able to buy something once you are there.

NO!
ABSOLUTELY NOT!
DON'T DO IT.

You are talking about transporting illegal drugs through an international border - that's trafficking - the drug sniffing dogs mostly likely will indicate.

The fact that some drugs have been decriminalized under certain circumstances does NOT mean they're legal.

This article strongly suggests that you need an importation certificate, and that (in the country) it is only available by prescription to MS patients, and only then in one form as Sativex.-

Perhaps you need to verify the facts stated therein. Indeed would you even be able to get the importation certificate, even if you qualify, in under 2 weeks?
