I am having a difficulty finding a list of all car rental companies in Coimbra Station B. I will be driving north to the Duoro Valley area for 2 nights and returning the car to the Porto Airport for a flight home. I think there is an Avis, but am not sure it's in the station itself.
I thought that picking the car up there(Station B) a little outside of the center would be easier than navigating the city streets.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Check out the highly regarded AutoEurope. Plug in your info and it will show 4 different rental agencies in Coimbra. Looks like your best choice would be Europcar. I've rented through AutoEurope many times and give them and their staff high marks!
We also use Auto Europe most often to book rentals. But I often need to check the office address that they provide against Google Maps to better understand the location. Taking it the other way, if you search Google Maps for "car rental near Coimbra B station" they show you the locations for four agencies near that station and two near Coimbra Sao Jose, with EuropCar indeed being closest.
I rented a car through Auto Europe last year and picked it up in Coimbra. Since Auto Europe is an aggregator, the actual office was Europcar. We did need to take a short taxi ride from the train station, but it was no big deal and it was easy to drive out of town from the Europcar office.
If you're looking to rent through AutoEurope, also look at Kemwel. They are now under the same "umbrella" but can have very different rates.
