I was successful a week ago with a withdrawal . Now my USA cards are getting the message Operation not available. Please try again later. Three days. I have successfully used my cards contactless and doing chips with merchants. I successfully withdrew funds from the dreaded euro net with no problem. I don't understand why my cards aren't working. I telephoned my bank and they said they don't even see the attempted transaction so it doesn't even reach as a decline or block. All else as noted is working so its not my cards. Considering that I have used these cards for the last year here in PortugalI returned ftom another country to encounter this issue. . Is anyone else having this issue? Portuguese banks are separate from multibanco do they cannot help as I have tried that. Help!!
