I read that in the past, you didn't need to purchase the full ticket for Pena Palace and Park in order to access most of the Pena Palace terraces. Seeking confirmation from someone who went in 2025 that the same is still true?

I would be afraid to provide any information. What is included in the ticket changes often. Your best bet is to email the Palace, and they do respond.

Yes, they responded. The garden ticket will give access to most of the terraces.
