Camino de Santiago -Portugal

We are in the early stages of planning a trip to Portugal and would like to walk one leg ( or part of one) of the Camino de Santiago. In Spain we took a bus to the outskirts of Seville, walked through pastures and olive groves to the next town and then took the bus back to Seville. (Via de Plata). We aren’t long distance hikers so 15km-ish would be enough. Starting from Lisbon, Porto, or Coimbra area. Any ideas on a scenic and accessible portion? Thanks

I have walked the Camino out of Porto twice. I really liked walking along the ocean, and it is nice walking out of the cathedral to the river and then to the ocean, ending in Matosinhos. This is about 14km. Perhaps take the antique tram from Porto to the ocean and walk from there, or walk from Matosinhos to Labruge?

I am sure there must be companies doing bike tours, but am not familiar with them. If you are on FB, there is probably a group for this kind of Camino.
