Braga Cathedral or Bom Jesus do Monte cathedral??

I was in Braga on a shore excursion last October and we went to Braga Cathedral which was magnificent. However we were forced to eliminate Bom Jesus because of leaving ship late. Later I realized what a treasure Bom Jesus is and what we missed. Not happy about missing Bon Jesus but as I just wrote, Braga Cathedral is a wonderful magnificent place.

My guess is that most persons who have been to both will choose Bom Jesus but you can not go wrong.

Thanks everyone..... we passed through Braga a couple days ago and stopped at Bom Jesus. It was indeed magnificent...... even in the heavy fog and drizzling on and off rain. Very happy we stopped there. Thanks again. :)
