Which town or city in Portugal is this?

It sounds like Lisbon.

I don't know the city well enough, but have you tried looking at Google Maps? It maybe shown on there.

Comercio square is a long distance from the bridge. Could you give a more exact location?

If you have a photo, have you tried a Reverse Image Search?

If you took the photo, you can read the meta data in google photos. That should give you the location of the building. If you can specify a more exact location, someone might be able to locate it and identify it. The more info you can supply, the better the chance of an ID.

I have tried the reverse image search,but couldn't find it.
I took the photo,but not with my phone,but with my camera,so the google photos doesn't give me the location.
And I have tried the google maps to find this building,but I just can't find it.But thank you for the advices!

I think,I have finally found it.The reason,why I didn't find it,because this building was pink colour,but now is blue.
So: The Caldeirinha Dock water mirror in the newly rebuilt Ribeira das Naus and Arsenal da Marinha building in Lisbon, Portugal
