We will be traveling in October from Paris, France to Porto, Portugal. Which is the most efficient way to travel? We will be flying home from Lisbon and hoped to wind up there after visiting Porto and points north.

Seems best to fly direct to Porto from Paris CDG on Air France or Easy jet.

You have a broad choice of flights from both Paris CDG and Paris-Orly (ORY) airports. Avoid Ryanair flights from Beauvais (BVA), it's hard to reach; otherwise price should be the only factor to decide between TAP Portugal, Vueling, Transavia or Easyjet. If price is similar, ORY is a more convenient airport from central Paris (30-35 euro taxi, 30-50 minutes outside rush hours).
