We are traveling to Portugal at the end of June, family of 4 with 2 adult boys (20, 22) so looking for active adventure day trips.
We are staying in Lisbon for 3 nights and then to Lagos. Looking for suggestions for day trips from Lisbon! Thank you!

Three nights means two days. I would stay in Lisbon for those three days. Not exactly adventure but there are so many fun walks and things to see. Your adventure can come in the Algarve with kayaking, etc.
