Bengali Cave vs Ponta da Piedade or Both?

Hi All!
I'll be in Lagos for 3 nights and two full days and 1/2 day where I arrive around 1pm from Lisbon. I am debating what boat tour/tours to do. My plan is to do the 7 Hanging Valleys tour on the morning of one of my full days and the other early morning I've committed to a Ponta da Piedade boat tour.

Is it worth it to do Bengali with the new boat restrictions? Should I do it in the later afternoon of that first day around 3/4? And overall is it worth it to do both boat tours or just one?

Thanks for your advice!

I have only done the Bengali/surrounding areas boat tour, but I found it lovely. We waited about 15 mins for our time to go in, but once we went in, I felt like we had the time to see and enjoy looking up and around. We had a 10am tour and reached the cave around 11:30/12, so I cannot really comment on the timing!

When you say you're going to do the 7 Hanging Valleys tour, do you mean you're going to hike it? If so, it's a beautiful trail. There were so many stunning views that I feel like I stopped every few feet to just take it in. I've done both a boat trip to the Benagil cave and kayaking to the caves along Ponta di Piedade. While Benagil is cool to see, I enjoyed Ponta di Piedade more. Once we were back on the boat we got the chance to swim for a bit before heading back. I've also walked along the trails outside Lagos several times. That's a beautiful area as well. Just thinking about it makes me realize I need to go back again.
