We are driving from Lisbon to Seville in June and want to stop near Faro at a beach for lunch and to let the kids play for 3 hours or so. We want a beautiful beach/scenery and it's a bonus if it has chair rentals, boogie boards, food etc. Advice?

Sarah, I was in Faro two summers ago on a bus layover between Lisbon and Seville. I didn't go to a beach because I was only there two hours, but I found this site: http://www.farouncovered.com/about-faro/beaches.aspx. Scroll down a bit. Hope this helps.
Faro itself is a gorgeous town. I wished I could have stayed a couple days. Cheers.
