Azores: travel between islands

I'm trying to plan a trip to the Azores on our way to Portugal next June (flying Toronto to Azores then on to Lisbon). I'm struggling to find info on how to travel to the other islands after landing in Ponta Delgada. Methods (ferry, air), schedules, time, price. Can anyone direct me to a website that covers this?
