Hi All, we are planning to be in Porto for about 5 days in Sept. The RS guidebook mentions that there is ongoing construction of a new metro line that has had the area of Av. dos Aliados torn up. We are staying between there and Clergies tower and so are wondering if we might need to find a different place to stay if it's really a mess, or perhaps it's been completed?
If anyone has any recent info, we'd appreciate it. This is our first time in Portugal, so any Porto tips also welcome!
