Hi! My wife and I are flying in to Faro in late October. We're torn between staying at a beachfront hotel / spa or at an agriturismo farm or vineyard a little farther north. We like the beach, but we've loved our Agro stays in Tuscany. We'll have a car so we'll be able to easily get back and forth from these locations (how is the driving there? Any steep mountain passes or cliff roads?).
Anyway - if you have recommendations for hotels in EITHER region so I can compare and contrast, that would be very helpful... thanks!!
