Travelling to Portugal in September and looking to book flights. TAP and Air Transat are lower price than Air Canada but wondering about reliability/quality. Any recommendations?

I have flown to Europe with Air Transat about 5 times. We usually choose the Optimum Plus fare, for roomier seats and a couple of other perks. When going to Paris we like that the AT flights use Terminal 3, smaller and easier to navigate. Air Canada can be fine or really cheesy, but over the last few years mostly cheesy. I would not hesitate to book Air Transat if the price is right.
