Admission to Stock Exchange Palace, Porto

My husband and I will be in Porto on May 26 and would like to go to the Stock Exchange Palace - but it appears that we can't buy tickets online. Is it still the case that the only way to get them (and a tour in English) is to go there when it opens and get in line?

You want to know about the Palacio da Bolsa?
If you want a tour in English you will wait until an English tour is offered. We didn’t have to wait at all. It’s an interesting tour. Tours are offered in four languages.

Inside the building, above the ticket counter, is a display showing the upcoming times of tours in various languages. It is different every day, depending on who shows up in line.

When you arrive, you can look on the board to see when the next English tours are available. When you reach the front of the line, you can either sign up for an existing tour time or, if you can't make / don't like that time, you can request that they open a new tour at the time you would like. You can book a tour for any time that day, but not in advance for another day.

The earlier you get there, the more likely you are to find a tour with spaces available, or be able to request a tour for your time preference. If you arrive later in the day, it is possible that all of the remaining English tours will be booked and there won't be a timeslot to allocate another tour.

I went to the ticket desk early one morning and requested a new English tour time for 4:30 that afternoon. When I arrived for my scheduled tour time, the English tours for the remainder of that day were sold out.
