We arrive in Lisbon on Weds, Sept 18th & depart on Weds Sept 25th, 2019. We want to spend 2 days in Lisbon & Sintra and definitely want to spend enough time in Algarve. We are more interested in city and coastal sights, with hiking, biking & swimming whereas museums & churches are not as important to us. We were told we should include Porto but are wondering if it would be too much to go all the way up there & then down to the Algarve coast. Will we regret it if we skip Porto? Can you recommend a good 7 day visit?
Thanks! Laurie & Tommy

No need to travel all the way to Porto. You only have 7 days and don't want to be traveling long distances between towns. You can visit there on a future trip.
Unless you just love the beach, skip the Algarve and go to Porto.
