I stayed here for five nights in early December and enjoyed it very much. Luis is a great host, friendly and eager to talk, with tremendous knowledge of the area. I stayed in a room on the top floor with a small patio and a view across the Baixa to the Castle. The B&B building is located just up from the Rossio train station in Chiado, close to the Barrio Alto. Be aware that there are lots of stairs up to the building if you are starting from down in the Baixa area, and also in the building itself, so be in decent shape or be resourceful in using options (funiculars, elevators, trams) to make the climb. The neighborhood is very central, an easy walk to most of the tourist sights, and filled with restaurants and bars. Breakfast at the B&B was very good as well.
