Just a heads up on this hotel. I booked in early February for mid-May based on RS reviews & received confirmation of reservation. I had provided Amex which they don't take so then updated to Visa. Luis sent email looking for exp date & sec code which I sent via email the next day. Never heard back so I assumed it was all set. Last week I was going thru trip details and noticed that the charge was never processed on my card - this set off an alarm so I reached out via a reply to my last email to him. No response. I called via What's App. No answer. Sent 2 messages via What's App. No answer. So now, 2 wks before our stay I am scrambling to find a place to stay.
This is extremely unprofessional behavior. I would have understood a reply saying that due to the delay in my response (1 day) that they have given away my room. But non-response to my inquires is not acceptable.
Perhaps something is awry and Mr. Zuzarte has fallen on hard times. But, this is a business and you'd think that someone would be running it in his absence. Anyway, buyer beware if you are considering this accommodation.
