We are considering lodging in Hilton Porto Gaia for 5 nights. We prefer Hilton and were considering this one as opposed to the Se Cathedral Hilton Tapestry hotel. Any experience with either hotels? What about location? Gaia is a short walk across the Louis Bridge.

I haven’t stayed at either, but the location near the Cathedral is better I’d say as you’re far more central. However, Gaia is convenient for the port houses and it’s easy enough to get taxis.
