Lisbon.
Hotels suggested on the RSTF are not available for our visit in October.
Can anyone recommend other places they have stayed at in the Center of Lisbon. Not going to Air BnB.

Avenida Palace, and Sofitel. Centrally located in a flat part of the city.

We stayed at Hotel Lisboa. Not sure if this is one you researched? It's centrally located, immaculate accomodation, ample breakfast included, & great restaurants in walking distance.
