Does anyone know of a quaint B&B with single rooms and a great breakfast in the heart of Lisbon? I really like to home base in an area that is easy to get to from the airport and has markets and cafes and easy access to the museums and sites. And of course the train and bus.
Lisbon may be too big of a city as I like littler places so any recommendations either way.

What does B&B mean to you, other than serving breakfast - family run? less than 10 rooms? price? Among the listings from Rick's guidebook, www.lisbondreamsguesthouse.com is one possibility, with 18 Ikea-like guest rooms sharing 7 bathrooms. Other listings tend to be larger establishments, with varying design styles and breakfast offerings.

This guest house is Perfect. I have just emailed them to inquire about single rates and their location. If you have stayed there, could you either sent me a personal message or recommend your local favorites to do and if you explored via train or bus to other areas.
