Seeking recommendations for a hotel near Lisbon airport. Arriving by train from Porto, spending the night in Lisbon and flying out the next morning. Will have already toured Lisbon. Looking for quiet, clean and perhaps close to Museo Bordalo Pinheiro.

It does depend on the departure time for your flight, but the airport is close enough to
the rest of Lisbon that you don't necessarily need to stay at the airport.
The museum is close to the Campo Grande metro stop which is a direct run from Rossio,
which is where I suspect your train from Porto would come into. There's a Radisson hotel
close by. The way the Metro runs, it would probably be easier and faster to take a taxi
to the airport.

Porto mainline trains haven't arrived at Rossio since 1957! All call at Oriente station, which is almost within sight of the airport terminal, there are a cluster of newer hotels around it. Trains from Porto to Faro also call at Entrecampos station which is closer to the museum but not so good for hotels. I'd try the Ikonik at Oriente, close for the train, few minutes in a taxi to airport https://www.eurostarshotels.co.uk/ikonik-lisboa.html
Bus 750 to museum every 16 minutes during day, board at the stop outside Cabo Ruivo metro station a few minutes walk from hotel.
