While I have researched restaurants based upon Anthony Bourdain featuring them on one or another of his shows, I would probably imagine that this restaurant became popular because a LOT of tourists liked what they experienced. You might want to check it out on Google Maps, which has reviews of all sorts of restaurants and hotels. Since they don't take reservations, you'll be waiting in a line to get in, something that automatically turns me off. Here is an interesting article:

Actually it was that article that led to my concern
